Hi my name is John Barry. I'm a Personal Trainer based in Co. Kerry. I have been actively coaching for the last 6 years and have been lucky to work with a variety of clients across Sport and the General Population. I have provided support and guidance to clients through Injury Rehabilitation Fat Loss and Youth Athletic Development
My clients have ranged from Intercounty GAA players all the way to kids in Primary schools.
My current position in sport is Lead Sport Scientist with Kerry Senior Footballers, Sports Coach at Club level, providing Youth Athletic development programmes in Schools and assisting Clients from the general population Perform better at work and home getting a better quality of life.
I have a Postgrad degree in Applied Sports Coaching from the University of Limerick with the goal to become a better coach to my clients and also potentially assist other Coaches to better their practice.
Continually upskilling is critical to ensure my clients get the professional service they deserve. My goal is to provide you with sound guidance informed by current best practice in our industry

Our Remote Coaching programmes give you unlimited access to your own individualised training programme Injury Rehabilitation Fat Loss and Youth Athletic Development tailored to your individual goals. You can track your performance weekly and measure progress through our online platform. This is to ensure you are progressing your training adequatlety and safely.
You will receive Nutritional Support from a Certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach.
The weekly accountability call with your Personal Trainer underpins the success of the programme as it enables the client to have any of your queries Training/Nutrition related answered.
